In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3.1 One Account Per Player

3.4 Account Security

rans88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While rans88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and other security measures to protect Account data, you bear responsibility for the security of your own device and network environment. Do not access your rans88 Account on shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement before rans88 will process any withdrawal from a Player's Account. KYC may also be triggered at any time at rans88's discretion, including during unusual account activity reviews.

4.1 Required Documents

Indonesian players will typically be required to submit the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A clear photographic copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking interface showing your full name and account number, or equivalent for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

4.2 Verification Timeline

rans88 aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain suspended for the duration of the verification period. rans88 is not liable for any losses, including missed betting opportunities, arising from delays in the KYC process where the Player has not submitted complete documentation.

4.3 Refusal of Verification

Where rans88 is unable to satisfactorily verify a Player's identity, rans88 reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests, suspend the Account, and where legally required, report the matter to relevant authorities. Any Balance held in an unverified Account may be returned to the original deposit source at rans88's discretion, minus any applicable charges.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

rans88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri (instant bank transfer), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. rans88 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents. All transactions must be made directly from and to a payment account registered in the Player's own name.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit; however, rans88 reserves the right to apply Account-level deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or as a result of KYC review outcomes. rans88 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within a target time of five (5) minutes for verified Accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• The Player's Account has not completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal request triggers an automatic security review or fraud flag.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the Player's daily or weekly withdrawal limit tier.
• A third-party payment provider is experiencing technical disruption.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the rans88 compliance team.

5.4 Transaction Currency

All Account transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Where a payment provider applies currency conversion, the conversion rate and any associated fees are the responsibility of the Player. rans88 displays all balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts in IDR.

rans88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Lebaran. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements on rans88 range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page.

6.2 Eligible Games & Bet Types

Not all games or bet types contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: sports bets with odds of at least 1.50 (decimal) contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 50%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets and sabung ayam (live cockfighting) markets contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded markets do not contribute to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings are automatically forfeited and removed from the Account Balance. The standard validity period for welcome bonuses is thirty (30) days from the date of crediting.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

rans88 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion between accounts, and exploitation of technical errors in bonus crediting systems. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, rans88 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the Account, and withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

6.5 rans88 Loyalty Program

Qualifying Players are automatically enrolled in the rans88 tiered loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold VIP). Tier progression is based on cumulative real-money wagering volume. Each tier offers escalating cashback rates, priority withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management at the Gold VIP level. Full tier criteria and benefit schedules are published on the rans88 promotions page and may be amended at rans88's discretion with 14 days' notice to affected Players.

All bets placed on the rans88 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until rans88 has issued an explicit confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed due to network interruption, session timeout, or system error are treated as void and any deducted funds are returned to the Account Balance. rans88 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

7.2 Odds Changes

Pre-match odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. For in-play (live) betting, odds fluctuate continuously; the confirmed odds at acceptance time are final.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the event is ruled void by the governing sports body; a palpable error in the listed odds is identified by rans88's trading team; or the event outcome cannot be determined due to incomplete information.

7.4 Maximum Payout

rans88 applies maximum single-event and accumulator payout caps, which are published within the specific sport or game category. Where a winning bet exceeds the published maximum payout, the excess amount is not payable. Players are advised to review maximum payout limits before placing high-value wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rans88 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without rans88's explicit written consent.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or placing bets based on material non-public information regarding the outcome of any sporting event.
• Colluding with other Players, including coordinating bets to exploit bonus systems, guarantee outcomes, or circumvent the Platform's risk controls.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit price discrepancies between rans88 and other operators at a scale that constitutes systematic exploitation.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform, including making deposits with no genuine intent to wager or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP obfuscation method.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rans88 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content published on the rans88 Platform — including but not limited to the rans88 brand name, logo, graphics, user interface design, software, text, betting markets, odds compilation methodology, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rans88 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without rans88's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of rans88 intellectual property will result in Account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rans88 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, server errors, network interruptions, or scheduled maintenance.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Loss arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, results, or scores displayed on third-party data feeds integrated into the Platform.
• Any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

rans88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any and all claims arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rans88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the Account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their Account.
• Legal or regulatory requirement compelling rans88 to restrict the Account.

Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, rans88 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending a full investigation. Where a balance is determined to derive from legitimate real-money deposits without evidence of fraud or abuse, rans88 will endeavour to return the original deposit amount, net of any applicable charges, to the original deposit source within 30 business days. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable in any circumstance.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact rans88 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure must be withdrawn prior to submitting the closure request, as rans88 does not automatically withdraw residual balances on Account closure.

rans88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

rans88 will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law, court order, or the instructions of a competent regulatory authority. Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our licensing obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

15.1 Informal Resolution

15.2 Formal Arbitration

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support process, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the dispute resolution body nominated by rans88's licensing authority. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents rans88 from seeking interim injunctive relief through a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraud.

15.3 No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute with rans88 will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against rans88.
